Training Details

Training:

2 (two) types of labor education training is provided from Labor Welfare Center, Rupsa, Khulna.

1.  5 (five) day long labor education training.

2.  1 (one) day training courses and free health care.

 

       Details of  5 (five) day long labor education training courses
From the Labor Welfare Center, Rupsa, Khulna, 35 (thirty-five) workers were trained in a five-day labor education training course. A letter of nomination was sent along with the factory / institute for training. On the basis of the letter, the factory / organization authority sends a list of nominations to the five workers. On receipt of the nomination papers, a letter was sent to the Director General notifying the Hon'ble General Director 15 days before the training. Training is given to the designated trainees on the scheduled day from 9:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Various topics were discussed in the training including the eighth grade officer of the labor department and other invited guest speakers, including labor law,  health care, security, biography of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The invited speakers were given lectures in 17 of the total 20 classes. The medical staff of the center gave the lecture of the remaining four classes. On the basis of the signatures taken on the daily attendance sheet, the trainees are given an honorarium at the rate of Tk.150. At the end of the training, certificates were distributed among the trainees by the course coordinator and director general, labor department.

 

 

 
    Details of 1 (one) day training course and free health care:

 
The 1-day training program is called the "Day-long Training and Free Health Care" program. The program was taken under the direction of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. A letter was sent from the factory asking for nominations of 35 trainees. Training is given to the designated trainees on the scheduled day from 9:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The lecturers were given lectures in 4 classes in the training, the director of the divisional labor department and the medical officer of Khulna of this center. A. On the same day, free medical care, medical delivery and family planning services were provided to all the employees of the organization and their families. No honorarium is provided in this training.
